"When you have Caleb Whitaker as your agent, rest assured that he is genuinely working for you. No matter how busy he is, he always gives you all the time you need, whether face to face or over the phone. You can easily sense the professionalism, care and compassion, the second you meet with anyone in his office. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all the staff there but each and every one of them is truly remarkable. My latest interaction was face to face with Blake who has tremendously exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and skills. Not only has he patiently addressed all my concerns but he pointed out a number of things relating to my insurance that I have benefitted from, and was totally unaware of. Caleb and his staff are one of a kind these days and I strongly recommend working with them if you value first class service. "I recently decided to shop around for insurance and chanced upon speaking with Sara from Caleb Whitakers State Farm office. I typically hate having to deal with pushy salespeople who are only interested in the next sale and forget you the moment you sign. Ive been with Allstate 28 years, 5 with the current agent, and they literally didn't know I existed! It took them a week to get back to me regarding my questions on rate increases, only to tell me they couldn't find my account and needed to "confirm my identity"! All of this is said to draw a solid distinction between other agents and my experience with this SF office. Sara took time to answer my questions over several days, sent me numerous variations of quotes and answered dozens of my questions. She was extremely patient, never pushy and always courteous. She was helpful and seemed to genuinely care I was getting the right products and services. In the end, she increased my insurance coverage significantly and saved me money at the same time! It's refreshing to see that great customer service isn't completely extinct, and smart helpful people are still out there! I want to genuinely thank Sara for taking the time to earn my confidence; she's made me a loyal customer! She deserves a bonus or raise!"

"I need everyone to know if you have a wreck they will offer you the worst cost of insurance and then never send you your id cards. Also they will cancel your access to the app so you cannot print them or have access to them. My insurance was $200/month and now it’s $600/mo. The lady answering the phone should have sent me cards by email or mail but didn’t. Sloppy and messy business. I’ll be pulling homeowners and both vehicles."

"I had attempted to change my payment method on line, but after my attempt, I received a text message from State Farm stating I did not sign the authorization page. I had no clue as to where the authorization sheet was , so I stopped by the State Farm front office and showed the text message I had received to the agent at the front desk. The agent manipulated my cell phone and quickly located the autorizatinon sheet. She then returned my cell phone so I could complete the authorization.
